The key thing is recognizing and taking advantage! So far - many in Switzerland aren’t putting 2+2 together to see where business and culture are heading…

Most such publications get the big (dramatic) themes fairly right - think Credit Suisse failure - but their correspondants don't cover the day-to-day politics and trends, so their perspective only goes so deep...

...the intricacies of Migros and its influence in Swiss business and culture will probably never make into the FT...which means the lessons will be lost.

Most EU politicians would do well to study such topics in more detail to understand the background of the negotiating position of the Swiss Foreign Office....
